Has the vibe of a long playlist not an album. I get that this was probably intentional given the name but I can only rate what's in front of me and review it as an album. Generally I struggle a bit with Drake, but I think there was something there, particularly with the diegetic audio tracks (again, I am a huge fan of that technique), but a lot of the tracks just felt like they were on there because he did a collab with someone rather than because he was crafting an album. It has moments?
