I agree with Joe on the last track being a strong closer, but I wasn't particularly won over by the rest of the album as much. Quite nice to work to though.
Proudest Monkey is one of the best Last Tracks I've heard for a while. A stunning crescendo and the conclusion of an album which had threatened and had dug in, but never gone over the top. Really impressed at how much it gripped me. Definitely stood out. Probably also benefited from its close proximity to Weird Al.
Really didn't get on with this one, either. Mr Matthews outstayed his welcome, and also didn't really excite me.
