Lowkey kinda enjoyable. I am surprised to be such a contrarian. Perhaps other listeners were oversaturated by the genre when they reviewed. I am happy to concede it’s not flawless and that there are better records out there. But it was fun! The first line of the whole album genuinely made me chuckle. Sure it’s dumb and some of the lyrics are juvenile. But, so what? It’s fun. If Ice Spice is competing for the Premier League title of worst albums of all time, this album isn’t even in the regional divisions. And the central motif of a cabal of outsiders being part of an Alienation is a solid motif!

This is one of my all time bands. I love Three Days Grace, but I don't love this. I don't even like it. I wondered if getting Matt Walst back would revitalise this record, but the opposite seemed to happen. Maybe the best thing to do would be to go and do solo work.

Genuinely some of the worst lyrics I've ever heard in a professionally released album, but it did have some charm to it due to that. Like an album a teenager cooked up with their friends when the discovered Garageband for the first time.
