This album hit me during a little 'duds only' streak for AOTD, so it was particularly nice to hear some music which is absolutely not in that category. The balance between serious and silly is perfect, to the point that the skits don't get on my nerves at all. Lyrically excellent of course. Don't sleep on Fugees, man. Can't be a 9 because it's not the Score. But it's great

Classic Fugees sound, doesn't get much better than this tbh. Only reason I'm not rating it higher is because I prefer The Score.

Beats the too long album allegations by just kicking arse. Good skits and mixing, some really fun lyrics. Honestly just very consistent and it works very well. It's hard not to sound dumb about a smart album.
